There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Beyond Publishing/M3 New Media. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.
Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws.
Any taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

BACKORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS
Occasionally, items you purchase on our site may be backordered. If this is the case, you will be notified by email within 24 hours. This email will include instructions for canceling your order, if you so desire, along with a time frame for delivery of the backordered item(s). If a backordered item is not shipped within 30 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and payment refunded to your credit card. You will be notified by email of the cancellation.
To pre-order an item that has not yet been published or released, simply follow the normal order submission process. Within 24 hours, you will be notified by email with an estimated date of delivery for the pre-ordered item(s).
The table below displays the shipping and handling charges applied to online orders. We can ship items to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time we do not ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or prisons/correctional facilities.
Delivery charges are displayed in US dollars. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred shipping service. The cost will be calculated for you and displayed for your approval.
Please note that there are no shipping charges for eBook purchases.

The delivery time frame for each item will vary based on the shipping option chosen during the checkout process and the specific item(s) you have purchased.
Economy: Should arrive within 3-9 business days.
Expedited: Should arrive within 2-4 business days.
UPS Ground: Should arrive within 2-5 business days.
Next Day Air: Should arrive next business day.
If you purchase more than one item, it is possible that your order will be delivered in multiple shipments and/or by different carriers. This is to ensure that you receive each of your items as soon as possible.
We will refund your online purchase if you:
- Return new books, unopened CDs, or cassettes in their original condition.
- Include your packing slip or invoice.
- Return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip

- Original shipment charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
- Returns made to BeyondPublishing.net will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
- We can not issue refunds for items returned to us more than 30 days after shipment date.
- We are unable to exchange items.
- The return procedure above applies only to those items purchased from a BeyondPublishing.net website. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online, or retail store.
- We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Due to the digital nature of the product, we cannot accept eBook returns.
For clients who order marketing services and sign a work order there are no refunds. Since the marketing is PRE-PAID (pay as you go) and delivered on a daily basis in real-time. Just like paying the fare on a bus once the fare is paid there is no refund. Customers who pay a down payment on a Website can request a full refund within 3 days if the work has not commenced, however, once the work order is signed and the work has commenced there is no refund.
Clients who sign a 6 month or 12 month marketing contract can expect to keep their social media profiles that were created for them. For a customer who cancels service less than 90 days into a marketing contract, there is no guarantee of return of social media accounts. M3 New Media and Beyond Publishing charge a $750 initial set-up fee to optimize new social media customers. For customers who sign a 6 month or 12 month agreement the set-up fee is waived. Client who cancel a work order cannot assume a refund when their marketing dollars were used for the staff of Beyond Publishing and/or M3 New Media to set up their initial social media properties. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
